Sound Bath Experience 19th of Feb

Join us for an evening sound bath set inside a working plant shop. The night begins with a 40-45 minute sound bath, delivered by local wellness experts –Joie Yoga. Guests can explore the space, and shop. £10 of the ticket price is redeemable on plant purchases that evening. If you’re not familiar with sound baths, this session will immerse you in therapeutic vibrations from instruments such as singing bowls, gongs and chimes, inducing deep relaxation, reducing stress and promoting healing. Sound healing has been used for hundreds of years across the world, in the session its tailored to bring you back to your original state of peace and true internal harmony, Joie Yoga will provide yoga mats and blankets for your experience but we recommend you bring multiple layers with you as your body temperature will plummet, think thick socks, hoodies, scarves, anything/everything that brings you comfort.This activity is not advised for anyone who is pregnant or has a pacemaker
